Abstract: The article analyzes the main approaches to definitions of 'social efficiency' and 'social efficiency of human resource management'. Based on the analysis, the author offers a definition of social efficiency of HR management in hotel business, shares the results of his studies of social efficiency of HR management at hotel business organizations in Moscow and analyzes problems, tendencies and prospects of HR management at hotels.
